Location Each record will have the location of the item that it is recording.  Locations that have been updated since the move to the Old Police Station will have the format:

S<number>B<number> to indicate the shelf on which they are held and the Box number on the shelf.  The shelves are numbered upwards, i.e. shelf  is the bottom shelf.

or

C<number>S<number><B<number> to indicate the cupboard in which they are held and the shelf number and box number within the cupboard.  The shelves are numbered downwards, i.e. shelf 1 is the top shelf..  Cupboard 1 is the cupboard nearest to the window.

Records that have not yet been updated for the new location at the Police Station will commence with the characters "CR".
